A small private Villa with a garden and swimming pool in the heart of Chianti 25 km from Florence, 35 km from Siena, set in natural woods, vineyards and olive groves. The owner is an artist, and the interior design is unique. The property is ideal for small weddings as the accommodation is for a maximum of 10/12 guests.
The villa is organised as follows:

a) the largest apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room on the ground floor and 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a sitting room on the first floor. Maximum number of guests 8+2.
b) A large independent studio apartment (loft space) for 2 people, on the ground floor, with a kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartments can be rented together, or separately, in which case the owners may stay in the apartment not rented as they use the property as a summer house, so ensuring some privacy. In this case then the daily maintenance of the pool and garden would be done by them and they would be on hand for any assistance in an emergency. If both apartments are rented then the daily maintenance is handled by hired help.

The wedding lunch or dinner can be prepared in the Villa kitchen by a hired cook, or organised in one of the many excellent restaurants nearby.
