A former farmhouse which has been converted into a 19th century Villa in the heart of Chianti Classico, situated closer to Florence than to Siena. Surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves the property has 8 double rooms, most with private bathrooms and 2 apartments, each for 4 guests. The property is furnished in the Tuscan style and can accommodate a total of 24/26 guests. Any further guests can be accommodated in the ‘agriturismo’ accommodation nearby. It is ideal for small or medium sized weddings. An attractive swimming pool, surrounded by a large garden, is available for guests to use. The Villa is rented from Saturday to Saturday ( or a minimum of 5 days) as self catering accommodation or as Bed & Breakfast.

A fully equipped kitchen can be used by a catering company for the preparation of wedding dinners, but it has to be noted that just 100m away there is an excellent restaurant offering typical Tuscan specialities. Another advantage of this property is the large covered ‘loggia’ and reception room where wedding receptions and parties can be held in the case of bad weather without having to hire a marquee.
