A historical wine producing estate, situated in the heart of Chianti Classico halfway between Siena and Florence, close to the medieval town of San Donato, and surrounded by woods, olive groves and vineyards. There are several houses built in stone which have maintained their original architectural characteristics. The owners live in the central part of the estate, and some of the houses have been made into separate apartments of varying sizes. Each one has a kitchen, one or two bathrooms and the typical Tuscan interior details such as the beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors remain. The apartments are uncomplicated but furnished with country elegance and original furniture. Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday ( or minimum 5 days) as self catering, without breakfast.

The property can accommodate 52 guests but if necessary extra guests can be accommodated in a detached house. Several outdoor areas feature sun beds, umbrellas, tables, and a gazebo for guests to enjoy. 500 meters away, both the tennis court and the swimming pool overlook the valley, but are shared with guests from the detached accommodation. It is an ideal place for trekking and walking and the property is particularly suitable for groups of small or medium sizes, that decide to rent the property exclusively for themselves. An independent catering service is necessary for any wedding reception as the on site kitchen is not large enough. In the case of bad weather there is a large reception room available.
