A charming Villa situated in the countryside on a panoramic hill 130km south of Florence and 30km from the sea in the Maremma area of Tuscany near Grosseto... one of the most unspoilt and natural settings in Tuscany; not that far from Montalcino where the most famous Italian wine, Brunello, is produced. The independent Villa with its own garden and swimming pool is attached to a former church which has been converted into a theatre / reception room where wedding receptions and parties can be held. Several apartments of varying size are just 100 meters from the main Villa.
The Villa, furnished in an elegant and country style, can accommodate 12 guests while a further 38 guests can be accommodated in several apartments or in nearby ‘agriturismo’ accommodation. The property has the flexibility to accommodate small, medium or large weddings due to the different apartments available. The Villa and apartments, complete with kitchens, can be rented from Saturday to Saturday on a self catering basis; no breakfast provided. A few hundred meters away there is a restaurant /pizzeria offering local game specialities, sourced from local hunting which is popular throughout Maremma.
